Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up safety barriers and organizing materials
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials efficiently and safely
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, and performing other supportive tasks
• Help with site cleanup and organization to ensure a tidy, safe workspace throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
• Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
