Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures using hand tools and power tools, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately.
• Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the site.
• Install siding, windows, doors, gutters, exterior trim soffit and fascia
• Support caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while complying with all construction workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or drywall installation.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for proper execution of tasks.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete cutting equipment, and other construction machinery safely.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions; ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
