Duties

• Perform general construction tasks like digging, lifting, mixing materials, and assembling structures under supervision
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
• Support site cleanup efforts by removing debris and ensuring work areas are organized and hazard-free
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for eager learner and asset.
• Knowledge gain and focus while working.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on project needs
