Construction Worker

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Worker to join our team for residential remodel and renovation projects across Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the residential renovation space and possess the skills necessary to contribute effectively to our projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

• Assist with various construction tasks related to residential remodels and renovations, including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and other finishing work.
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Travel locally within Northeast Ohio using a reliable vehicle to reach different project sites.
• Support the preparation of materials and assist in the setup of work areas as needed.

Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in residential remodels or renovations.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation is required due to project locations across Northeast Ohio.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

This position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering high-quality residential renovation work while maintaining a safe working environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
