Job Summary
Faros Construction Services is seeking a dependable Construction Worker to support residential and commercial construction projects. This role assists construction crews with material handling, site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and general construction activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.
• Prepare work areas and maintain clean job sites.
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and debris removal.
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed.
• Support skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks.
• Help maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
• Report job-site hazards or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work and move construction materials.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
