Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Construction Workers to join our team and learn the trade of building swimming pools. No prior experience is required—we are fully willing to train the right person!

To succeed in this role, you just need a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to start early (7:00 AM start time).

Key Responsibilities

• Construct vinyl liner and gunite swimming pools, ensuring structural integrity and quality craftsmanship.
• Perform site preparation work, including excavation and base preparation.
• Install pool walls, plumbing, and essential system components.
• Measure, cut, and install vinyl liners for a precise fit.
• Conduct quality control checks and perform necessary adjustments throughout the build.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Strictly adhere to all safety standards and workplace protocols.

Qualifications

• Attendance: Excellent punctuality and reliable attendance are mandatory.
• Experience: None required! Backgrounds in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing are a plus, but not necessary.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a pride-in-work mindset.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, heavy lifting) in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites/shop.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 50.0 per week
