Construction Worker

Leeds | £16.50 per hour | Full-time, Permanent

Looking for your next role in construction? We're hiring Construction Workers for our Leeds projects to help us deliver high-quality work, safely and on time.

We are growing, with new contracts and projects on the way, and we need more great people to join our site teams. As a Construction Worker, you'll be part of day-to-day site operations, working closely with the team to keep projects moving and standards high. There's genuine opportunity to progress, with training provided and the chance to cross-train into supervisory and management roles.

Your responsibilities as a Construction Worker

• Carry out general construction and labouring duties on site
• Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed
• Load, unload and move materials and equipment safely
• Keep the site clean, tidy and free of hazards
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules
• Work well as part of a busy site team

Training and career progression

Every Construction Worker gets full training from day one, with a clear path to progress:

• Full induction and on-site training
• Health and safety training, including CSCS card support
• Manual handling and equipment training
• Cross-training across different trades and site roles
• Opportunity to progress into supervisory and management roles, with leadership training provided

What we're looking for

• No previous experience needed, as full training is provided
• A reliable, hard-working attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• A valid CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one (desirable)
• Right to work in the UK
