Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team for projects located within an hour of Fremont or in town. This role involves hands-on construction tasks, with a focus on safety and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working long hours, willing to work at heights, and possess a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to building projects while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Perform carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing various structures and materials
• Assist with general construction duties as directed by supervisors
• Work at heights safely, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote efficiency and safety
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
• Be prepared to work long hours as required by project schedules

Skills

• Experience or familiarity with carpentry is preferred
• Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing demanding manual labor tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours when needed
• Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
