Duties

• Assist in interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and effectively during construction activities.
• Perform concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures.
• Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, stucco, and perform masonry work to support various building components.
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with proper safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Execute demolition, restoration, renovation, roofing, and framing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to ensure a secure environment for yourself and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site operations.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete-related machinery such as mixers and pumps.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading detailed construction plans.
• Knowledge of safety protocols specific to the construction industry to uphold workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong background in carpentry—including formwork construction, trim carpentry, framing (metal stud framing), drywall installation—and masonry work such as bricklaying or stucco application.
