Now Hiring: Construction Worker (1099 Contractor) – Peppers Investments LLC

Peppers Investments LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated 1099 Construction Worker to help with residential renovation and rental property projects throughout Southern Indiana.

Job Duties:

• Demolition and cleanup
• Drywall, painting, flooring, and trim work
• Basic carpentry and remodeling tasks
• Loading and unloading materials
• General job site assistance
• Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Own basic hand tools

Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
• Pay based on experience and skill level
