Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision.
• Help with site preparation, including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills as needed.
• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD OR RELIABLE VEHICLE TO GET TO JOBS
