Job Type: Full-Time, hourly pay (overtime eligible)
Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week
Location: Multiple jobsites throughout Central Illinois

Midwest Heritage Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our framing crews. This position involves hands-on residential and commercial construction work, including framing, wall panel installation, material handling, and general jobsite activities.

Construction experience is preferred, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a framing crew on residential and commercial construction projects.
• Install wall panels, floor systems, roof systems, and structural framing components.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and stage building materials.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders.
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical construction work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous framing, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Familiarity with construction tools and materials.
• Driver's license is preferred but not required.
