Responsibilities

• Erect, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster finishes with precision, ensuring smooth and durable results.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for material installation, including drywall, fixtures, and other building components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to follow detailed specifications accurately.
• Measure dimensions using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to execute remodeling projects, gutter installations, tile masonry work, and other building tasks.
• Conduct inspections of work sites for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to blueprint specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on plastering, scaffolding, or related trades.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; ability to interpret construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding equipment for various tasks.
• Knowledge of building material installation techniques including drywall, tile masonry, fixtures, caulking, and gutter systems.
• Experience with construction management principles such as estimating costs and managing project timelines is a plus.
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely using tape measures and levels.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to scaffolding use, ladder safety, and general construction site procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills for communicating effectively with clients and team members during remodeling or renovation projects.
