Construction Workers

ALH are on the hunt for hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team across multiple sites in Auckland.

You'll work across a range of commercial and residential construction sites, supporting site teams and managers to keep projects running smoothly, with opportunities for ongoing and long-term work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
• Moving, setting up, and packing down tools and materials
• Site clean-up and general labouring duties
• Digging, lifting, and concreting (project dependent)
• Following all health & safety procedures on site

• $24 – $26 per hour (depending on experience)
• Weekly pay
• 40–50+ hours per week
• Ongoing projects across Auckland

What We're Looking For

• Prior construction experience (ideal)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Reliable transport to get to site
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean MOJ check
• Site Safe certificate preferred (we can help you obtain one)
• Full NZ driver's licence preferred
• Site Safe, Working at Heights, Confined Space, or EWP tickets a BONUS!
• Must have valid NZ working rights
