Construction Working Supervisor min 5 years experience
Qualification request:
- Level 3 NVQ
- CSCS ( Gold)
- First Aid
- SSSTS - SMSTS
- Fire Marshal
Typical Daily Responsibilities
Morning briefing: Brief workforce and confirm planned activities
RAMS: Ensure operatives understand and follow RAMS
Permits: Check required permits are in place
Labor: Allocate operatives to work areas
Materials: Confirm materials are available
Safety: Monitor site conditions and working practices
Quality: Inspect works and identify defects
Progress: Monitor productivity and programme
Coordination: Liaise with other trades/site management
Housekeeping: Maintain clean and safe work areas
Records: Complete daily reports, photos and QA records
End of shift: Check completed works and leave area safe
Pay: From £240.00 per day
Work Location: In person
