Construction/Fuel Laborer

FUEL DELIVERY & DATA CENTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Location: Lebanon, Indiana Build Your Career With AGRILAND FS AGRILAND FS is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team supporting a major data center operation in the Lebanon, Indiana area. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, solving problems, and being part of a team that helps keep critical operations running safely and efficiently. No previous fuel-delivery experience? No problem. AGRILAND FS is willing to train the right candidate and assist qualified employees with obtaining the required CDL and endorsements.

What You'll Be Doing You'll help support fuel operations at an active data center site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the safe delivery and handling of fuel
• Pulling, positioning, connecting, and swapping fuel hoses
• Setting up and moving fuel delivery equipment
• Performing equipment and facility maintenance tasks
• Supporting fuel delivery drivers and other team members
• Helping troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
• Following all company, customer, and job-site safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and adapting to changing job-site needs.

Candidates Should Be Able To

• Work extended shifts and weekends as project demands require
• Take advantage of available overtime opportunities

• Lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
• Stand, sit, crawl, climb, bend, and reach in difficult-to-access areas
• Read maps and follow directions

• Work safely and reliably as part of a team
• Obtain a CDL as required for the position
