About the role

Plan and schedule the entire project workflow and workloads according to client requirements, sequences, and lead times. Organize, coordinate, and monitor project planning activities within the targeted timeline — from project initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the entire project workflow and workloads according to client requirements, sequences, and lead times
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor project planning activities within the targeted timeline — from project initiation to completion
• Liaise with site engineers to track progress, update work schedules, and ensure completion according to project specifications, target time, and approved budget
• Prepare mitigation and catch-up schedules based on critical path and EOT (Extension of Time) analysis to meet deadlines
• Develop manpower histograms and financial/physical S-curves to support project planning and progress monitoring
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders to maintain smooth execution and timely delivery

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or certification in Planning and Scheduling of Projects and Cost
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler in the construction industry
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams
• Must be based on-site when required
