Consultant - Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Consultant Admin to manage facility operations, vendor coordination, compliance, procurement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in workplace operations, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility and workplace operations.
• Coordinate with facility management partners and monitor SLA adherence.
• Handle vendor management, procurement activities, and service delivery.
• Support compliance, audits, safety initiatives, and incident management.
• Manage office assets, inventories, and consumables.
• Process invoices, PRs, and POs through SAP/Ariba.
• Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
