We are looking for a strategic and technically driven professional who is passionate about solving complex challenges and contributing to digital transformation initiatives focused on data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role emphasizes the development, integration, and adoption of AI-powered solutions, including platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Claude, to help clients unlock business value and enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Build productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative deployment solutions tailored to clients’ business needs.
• Develop impactful, high-quality visual materials adapted to client environments and objectives.
• Support the creation of content, including training modules, learning materials, and client deliverables.
• Actively contribute to project delivery and execution.
• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
• Participate in project management activities, including deliverable tracking and stakeholder coordination.

What You Bring To The Role

• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or a dynamic environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in content creation and training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Nice to have

• Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Learn Copilot certifications.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English because it involves interpretation and application of English standards, guidance, laws and regulations, servicing of English-speaking clients located across Canada and collaboration with English Speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec.
