Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Consultant Architect / Architect with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects comply with approved standards, regulations, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural designs, concepts, and layouts.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Ensure projects comply with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Identify design and technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Review project progress and provide technical support when required.
• Attend project meetings and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Valid UAE professional/consultant architect license, preferably with unlimited practice authorization.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• Good knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
