Grit Property Group

About GRIT Property Group
GRIT Property Group is a global property investment advisory firm with offices in Melbourne, Dubai, and New York, serving 1,000+ investors across Australian, UAE, and US property markets. We help our clients build real wealth through strategic, research-backed property investment — and we do it with a consultative, no-pressure approach that puts their long-term financial goals first.
Our Sri Lanka team is the backbone of our client operations — managing the full post-settlement journey for our investors and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their investment experience.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, client-focused
Client Relationship Consultant
with a Top Notch Attitude to join our Colombo team. This is a relationship-first role — you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of property investors, guiding them through the lifecycle of their investment from settlement through to ongoing management, compliance, and beyond.
This role suits someone who is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, can manage complex processes across multiple stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Do

Manage an active portfolio of property investor clients across Australian, Dubai, and US markets — building trusted, long-term relationships

Guide clients through the full post-settlement journey including build progress updates, inspections, payments, and property milestones

Coordinate with builders, developers, property managers, and third parties on behalf of clients

Support clients with compliance and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot CRM — ensuring the sales and advisory teams have a clear, current view of each client’s status

Proactively identify and resolve client issues before they escalate — using good judgment to know when to act independently and when to escalate

Liaise closely with the GRIT sales team to ensure smooth handover of new clients and ongoing alignment on client needs

Provide timely written updates to clients and internal stakeholders — responding to client queries within agreed service timeframes

Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to client retention and referral outcomes

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a client relationship, client services, or account management role — ideally within financial services, property, or a professional services environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — you write clearly, professionally, and with warmth

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously without dropping the ball

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you don’t wait to be told, you anticipate what clients need and act

High attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance-related matters and client documentation

Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an advantage)

A collaborative team player who can work effectively with sales, operations, and senior leadership

Ability to handle sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism

Experience in property, banking, financial services, or a related field is an advantage but not essential — we will train the right person

What We Offer

A career with a genuinely global company — working across Australian, Dubai, and US property markets from Colombo

A collaborative, ambitious team culture where your contribution is recognised and your growth is taken seriously

Clear performance expectations and a defined pathway for career progression

Competitive salary package commensurate with experience

The opportunity to build deep expertise in international property investment — a rare and valuable skill set
