Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Compliance professional with 8+ years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in Indian accounting, I-GAAP, tax compliances, cross-border transactions, and team management. Consulting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting, TDS and GST regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with I-GAAP.
• Manage payroll processes and related statutory compliances.
• Handle and review cross-border transactions and related accounting/compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Provide accounting and compliance advisory/consulting support to business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate management of all applicable Indian compliances.
• Lead, manage and mentor the finance/accounting team.
• Drive process improvements and ensure strong financial controls.
