Role & responsibilities

Telesales Executive Art of Healing

Location: Kothrud, Pune | Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to leads and explain Art of Healing courses, webinars, consultations, and products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or services.

* Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Handle customer queries related to courses, fees, schedules, and enrolment.

* Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales updates.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the webinar, marketing, and operations teams for lead follow-ups.

* Maintain regular follow-up with old and new leads to improve conversions.

**Requirements:**

* 1–3 years of telesales /telecalling experience preferred.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable speaking in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**.

* Target-oriented, confident, and proactive.

* Experience in selling courses, education, wellness, or similar services will be an advantage.
