🚨 We're Hiring | Senior Epic Cadence/Prelude Consultant

📍 Location: Remote – USA

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude Consultant to join our Healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Epic application implementation, configuration, optimization, and patient access workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Epic Cadence and Prelude applications.
• Configure patient scheduling, registration, provider templates, appointment types, referrals, and insurance workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic MyChart, Ambulatory, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical application teams.
• Gather business requirements, conduct workflow assessments, and recommend process improvements.
• Support system testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Healthcare IT experience, including Epic implementation and support.
• Epic Cadence Certification – Mandatory.
• Epic Prelude Certification – Mandatory or Strongly Preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude configuration.
• Experience with patient scheduling, registration, admissions, referrals, and insurance workflows.
• Knowledge of Epic MyChart, Ambulatory, and Revenue Cycle integrations.
• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Canadian healthcare organizations.
• Experience leading Epic implementation and optimization projects.
