Opportunities span Senior Accountant through Chief Financial Officer (CFO), offering professionals the ability to leverage their expertise, tackle meaningful business challenges, and deliver measurable results.

We work with professionals across a broad range of accounting and finance disciplines, including:

• Senior Accountants & Senior Financial Analysts – Financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive accounting or finance experience appropriate to the level of engagement.
• Strong technical accounting, financial analysis, or financial leadership capabilities.
• Ability to quickly assess business needs, adapt to new environments, and deliver results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with accounting and financial systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credentials.
• Prior consulting, project-based, or interim leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing systems, or managing organizational change.
• Industry-specific expertise or experience working across multiple business environments.
