In this role, you will advise Fortune 500 clients on strategy and operations projects across supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, and cost reduction. As an industry-agnostic firm, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of sectors while working directly with senior stakeholders and helping clients solve complex business challenges.

The firm is seeking ambitious consultants with at least one year of strategy or operations consulting experience who are eager to make an impact. Successful candidates will be analytical, commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers significant responsibility from day one, accelerated career progression, and greater client exposure and ownership than is typically available at larger consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Interface with clients to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities
• Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and observational analysis to develop actionable insights
• Create and deliver client presentations and recommendations
• Gather and analyse company, market, and industry data to support project delivery
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, and progress updates to ensure successful client engagements
• Support strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and cost reduction initiatives
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal creation, sales materials, and client pitches

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within operations, or management consulting at a consulting firm
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and solve complex commercial challenges
• Proven leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliverables
• Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills
• Ability to think independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to clients
• Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements
