BRIVRI is a new consulting firm. We work with small and medium businesses to solve their biggest operational problems: finding reliable suppliers, negotiating better contracts, reducing costs, and improving cash flow.

We're not a traditional consulting firm. We don't charge $500/hour and drag projects out for months. We work fast, deliver results, and tie our success to our clients' success.

THE ROLE

As a Consultant, you will deliver work across client engagements. Understand the client's problem, develop a solution, and guide them through implementation. Work directly with the team to ensure quality and consistency.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE:

• • 2+ years in consulting, sourcing, procurement, operations, or related field
• • Proven track record of delivering client projects
• • Experience with small or medium businesses is a plus

MINDSET:

• • Hungry. You want to build something, not just collect a paycheck
• • Self-starter. You don't wait for instructions
• • Comfortable with uncertainty. We're pre-revenue
• • Performance-driven. You earn when the team wins

SKILLS:

• • Strong communication and problem-solving
• • Ability to manage client relationships
• • Basic financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, margins)
• • Domain expertise in at least one vertical: fintech, logistics, marketing, data, legal, or digital transformation

WHAT YOU GET

COMPENSATION:

• • Team-based commission. A percentage of revenue goes to the team pool, split by contribution and role weight
• • Hard cap of ₦465,000 per person monthly after client funds clear
• • No base salary. No retainer. No advance

OTHER:

• • Work remotely. Flexible hours.
• • The chance to build something from zero alongside a team of operators

• • Minimum 15-20 hours per week initially
• • Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver for clients
• • Long-term mindset—building a practice, not a side project

Pay: ₦20,000.00 - ₦30,000.00 per day

Education:

• Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Preferred)

Experience:

• business acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
• consulting: 3 years (Preferred)
