Hiring: Consultant Critical Care / Intensivist

Qualification: MD / DNB Critical Care / Anaesthesia / Internal Medicine or relevant specialty

Experience: 2 plus years of relevant experience in ICU / Critical Care

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced critical care support.
• Handle emergency situations and respond promptly to clinical deterioration.
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Supervise and guide junior doctors and ICU clinical staff.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of patient assessment, treatment, and clinical progress.
• Participate in ICU rounds, clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow hospital policies, infection prevention practices, patient safety standards, and applicable accreditation requirements.
