Role Overview

We are looking for a senior HVAC and thermal management expert with strong experience in data center and high-density computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end HVAC and cooling systems.
• Design chilled water and chiller systems.
• Design liquid cooling solutions for high-density computing.
• Design Direct-to-Chip and immersion cooling systems.
• Develop cooling solutions for AI/HPC data centers.
• Design liquid-to-air and liquid-to-liquid CDU systems.
• Work with CRAH, CRAC, AHU and cooling tower systems.
• Design leak detection and cooling resilience solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE and Tier III/IV requirements.
• Support customer discussions, proposals and technical consulting.
