What You'll Do :- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Business Consulting & Client Engagement

• Engage with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and business teams to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and planning requirements.
• Participate in and facilitate discovery workshops to identify business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze business processes and understand how operational drivers — such as sales, workforce, and supply chain activities — impact financial performance.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, user stories, functional requirements, and project deliverables.
• Support clients in improving cross-functional planning, collaboration, decision-making, and execution.

การให้คำปรึกษาทางธุรกิจและการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า

• ทำงานร่วมกับ ผู้บริหารระดับ C-level ผู้บริหารระดับอาวุโส และทีมงานจากหลากหลายสายงาน เพื่อทำความเข้าใจเป้าหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์ ความท้าทายทางธุรกิจ และความต้องการด้านการวางแผนขององค์กร
• เข้าร่วมและสนับสนุนการดำเนิน Discovery Workshop เพื่อค้นหาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ ประเด็นปัญหา (Pain Points) และผลลัพธ์ที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
• วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทางธุรกิจและทำความเข้าใจความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการดำเนินงาน เช่น ยอดขาย บุคลากร และ Supply Chain กับผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงินขององค์กร
• แปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจให้เป็น แนวทางการออกแบบโซลูชัน (Solution Design), User Stories, Functional Requirements และ Project Deliverables ที่ชัดเจนและสามารถนำไปพัฒนาได้จริง
• สนับสนุนลูกค้าในการยกระดับการวางแผนแบบบูรณาการระหว่างหน่วยงาน การทำงานร่วมกัน การตัดสินใจ และการนำแผนไปสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

FP&A / EPM Solution Delivery

• Design and develop FP&A and EPM solutions that connect operational planning with financial outcomes.
• Build and maintain planning models using Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or other EPM platforms.
• Support planning processes across Finance and business functions including Sales, Marketing, Workforce, and Supply Chain.
• Configure, test, refine, and document planning models, reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with clients to resolve issues and refine solutions.
• Assist with user training, solution adoption, and post-go-live activities.

• ออกแบบและพัฒนาโซลูชันด้าน FP&A และ EPM ที่เชื่อมโยงการวางแผนด้านการดำเนินงานเข้ากับผลลัพธ์และเป้าหมายทางการเงินขององค์กร
• ออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล Planning Models โดยใช้ Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning หรือแพลตฟอร์ม EPM อื่น ๆ
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการวางแผนของฝ่าย Finance และหน่วยงานธุรกิจต่าง ๆ เช่น Sales, Marketing, Workforce และ Supply Chain
• ดำเนินการ Configure, Test, Refine และจัดทำเอกสารประกอบ สำหรับ Planning Models, Reports, Dashboards และ Data Integrations
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการ User Acceptance Testing (UAT) รวมถึงทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา ตลอดจนปรับปรุงโซลูชันให้ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น
• สนับสนุนการจัดทำ User Training การนำโซลูชันไปใช้งานจริง (Solution Adoption) และกิจกรรมหลังการ Go-Live เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากโซลูชันได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ

Project & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure requirements, decisions, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Identify potential issues and risks early and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders.
• Contribute to multiple client engagements and regional initiatives as required.
• Travel for project assignments when required.
• Continuously develop consulting, business, analytical, and technical capabilities.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, curious, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in understanding how businesses work.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds, internships, projects, or relevant extracurricular experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand how business activities and operational drivers influence financial results.
• Strong interest in FP&A, business planning, financial analysis, business transformation, analytics, or enterprise performance management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong listening, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with different levels of stakeholders.
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively across different functions, teams, cultures, and business environments.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

The following experience or skills will be an advantage, but are not required:

• Exposure to Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or other EPM / FP&A platforms.
• Internship or project experience in consulting, finance, FP&A, business analysis, operations, analytics, planning, or systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Experience working with data, financial models, dashboards, or business planning tools.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
