Job Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs.
• Manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports, neurological, and other physiotherapy cases as per clinical expertise.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
• Educate patients regarding exercises, posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional standards, clinic protocols, and ethical practices.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is mandatory.
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) will be preferred.
• Prior clinical experience is preferred; freshers with strong clinical skills may also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good clinical reasoning and patient-handling skills.
• Passion for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and patient care.
• Willingness to work full-time in South Bangalore.
