About us
CCL is a psychology and wellness clinic in Kerala. We help children, teens, adults and families with their mental health in a warm, safe space.
What you will do
Conduct assessments and therapy sessions for clients
Make treatment plans and track client progress
Maintain clear, confidential case notes
Work with other consultants and the admin team
Join case discussions and supervision
Follow ethical and professional standards
What we need
Master's in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling preferred)
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology / RCI registration is a plus
1+ years of experience (freshers with good internship training can apply)
Good Malayalam and English communication
Empathy, patience and strong listening skills
Good to have
Experience with CBT, play therapy, or couples/family therapy
Experience in psychometric testing
Comfort with online sessions
