Consultant - Software Implementation

Position Overview

Axis Technology, LLC is looking for a Consultant to support software implementation projects from planning through delivery. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, coordinating project activities, and providing implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather business and technical requirements
• Support software setup, configuration, and deployment
• Coordinate project tasks and implementation timelines
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting
• Prepare user documentation and project reports
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams
• Help ensure successful implementation and user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities
• Comfortable learning and working with software platforms
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Previous consulting or implementation experience is a plus
