Consultant Trainee - Client Advisory & Business Development

We are looking for energetic and client-focused individuals to join our team as Consultant Trainees.

The role is designed for candidates interested in client advisory, financial services and business development. Through practical experience, professional training and mentorship, you will learn how to understand clients' needs, develop suitable solutions and build long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

· Understand clients' objectives, priorities and financial needs

· Assist in developing appropriate solutions based on individual client requirements

· Conduct research and prepare information to support client discussions

· Arrange and participate in client meetings and follow-up activities

· Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients

· Identify potential client and business development opportunities

· Work closely with experienced consultants on client cases and business planning

· Participate in professional skills, communication and client management training

Requirements

· Full working rights in Hong Kong

· Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent

· Degree holder in any discipline preferred

· Fresh graduates and candidates with previous working experience are welcome

· Experience in banking, customer service, sales, account servicing, hospitality or other client-facing roles would be an advantage

· TTPS and IANG candidates with valid working eligibility in Hong Kong will also be considered

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Confident in interacting with different types of clients

· Self-motivated, positive and willing to learn

· Good team player with a responsible working attitude
