AlphaNode Consultancy LLP is expanding its team and is looking for dynamic, analytical, and execution-oriented professionals to join us across multiple roles.

Assembly-Level Consultant: 0–1 year of experience

Zonal-Level Consultant: 2+ years of experience

Manager: 3+ years of experience

HR Manager: 2+ years of experience

Admin: 2+ years of experience

Location - Rajasthan

Preferred Educational Background - Graduates/Postgraduates in:

• Mass Communication
• Political Science
• Public Policy
• Political Management
• Other relevant fields

Candidates from Tier-1 institutions will be preferred.

*Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ground-level intelligence and issue identification

• Identifying key political and socio-political developments at the Assembly/Zonal/State level

• Analysing issues and developing actionable resolutions

• Driving strategic and field-level initiatives

• Conducting research and stakeholder engagement

• Developing insights to support strategic decision-making

• Supporting the execution of key consulting assignments

• Monitoring political, administrative, and public developments

• Coordinating with field teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation

✔ Strong communication and analytical skills

✔ Experience in consulting, research, stakeholder management, or field operations

✔ Strong understanding of political and socio-economic issues

✔ Proactive, adaptable, and execution-focused mindset

✔ Ability to work in fast-paced, field-oriented environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
