Role Description The Consulting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi El Gadida. The person in this role will lead consulting engagements, manage project delivery, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to provide legal, management, and financial advisory services. Daily responsibilities include scoping and planning projects, conducting in-depth analyses, preparing client reports and presentations, and ensuring that recommendations are clear, practical, and aligned with client objectives. The Consulting Manager will collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities, manage stakeholder expectations, and support the implementation of agreed solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants, contributing to business development activities, and supporting the firm’s knowledge development and service innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and structured communication.
• Experience in managing projects, leading teams, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of legal, management, or financial consulting practices, preferably within the public, private, or non-profit sectors.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise reports, proposals, and client presentations in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior consulting firm experience in the Middle East or familiarity with regional regulatory and business environments is preferred.
