Consulting Manager

As a CBRE Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of real estate consulting outputs, mentoring team members, and supporting business development.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. The team is responsible for providing advisory services related to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams in successfully delivering complex, client-facing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline while achieving high client satisfaction.
• Facilitate impactful senior-level engagements with key stakeholders and cultivate strong, trusted client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Mentor and actively develop junior team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression.
• Conduct thorough research and rigorous analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of findings to support strategic insights.
• Develop compelling and actionable strategic recommendations, clearly presenting findings to senior leaders and building consensus to drive organizational change.
• Participate actively in business development activities, including preparing and delivering client presentations, conducting diagnostic assessments, and developing proposals to secure new engagements.
• Travel frequently to client sites across the Philippines, engaging directly with stakeholders and project teams.
• Lead by example by modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new perspectives.
• Drive the achievement of customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with functional policies, procedures, and standards.
