Consulting Partner

This role focuses on selling and delivering consulting services across Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, and Supply Chain clients while building executive relationships and leading strategic transformation programs.

Key qualifications we're seeking:

• Proven hunter mentality with net-new business development success

• Experience originating, closing, and delivering consulting engagements

• Consumer Goods, CPG, Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, or Supply Chain expertise

• Executive-level relationship management with C-suite leaders

• Experience selling and delivering $3M+ consulting engagements

• Deal structuring, fee negotiation, and P&L ownership

• Enterprise infrastructure modernization experience

• Cloud, digital application, and AI transformation expertise

• Leadership of multidisciplinary consulting and delivery teams

• Ability to own engagements from pursuit through delivery

• Located in NY, NJ, or PA, with the ability to travel 25-40% regionally

• Active U.S. work authorization required (no current or future sponsorship)

Required: Proven track record supporting business development and revenue growth through relationships with key stakeholders at UNFI or Meijer
