Consulting Specialist II

For our client, we are seeking a Consulting Specialist II to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will lead regional resiliency and climate planning initiatives, translating complex challenges into strategic, data-driven recommendations. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate workshops, support stakeholder engagement, and deliver client-ready reports and visualizations. The position also calls for strong relationship management and thought leadership to help grow the consulting practice and advance long-term client outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $159,500 – $199,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead regional resiliency and climate planning initiatives
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centered solutions
• Prepare and present reports and visualizations for clients
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and consulting delivery
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Nurture long-term relationships to grow the consulting practice

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of strategic consulting or organizational leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience leading teams and managing initiatives
• Deep expertise in building strategic coalitions and facilitating think tanks related to climate and resiliency planning
• Extensive experience presenting to clients and industry conferences
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills for solving complex challenges
