Consulting Support Executive

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the consultant in executing ISO and food safety consulting projects (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO standards)
• Develop and structure real documentation used by companies to achieve certification (manuals, SOPs, records)
• Work closely with clients to collect information, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth project progress
• Act as a key liaison between consultant and clients to drive deliverables
• Participate in client meetings, capture key insights, and translate them into actionable documentation
• Assist in gap analysis, documentation review, and internal checks under guidance
• Support in preparing reports, training materials, and presentations
• Assist in creating marketing content including articles, social media posts, and visuals

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field

• Highly self-motivated, good communication skill, good presentation skill and ability to work independently

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

• Well verse in English

• Possess own transport

• Experience as a Management Representative or project committee member in relevant ISO projects is an added advantage.
