Job Summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. has opportunities available for Consulting Systems Engineer with a Enterprise routing/switching/wireless LAN background to support our Commercial Enterprise Sales team. This Senior Technical Pre-Sales Professional will support Enterprise clients in APAC. Qualified candidates need to have a strong experience with some of the following: Enterprise Networking, Wireless LAN, and/or Data Center technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Technical Presales engineering focusing on Large Enterprise Accounts
• Strong ability to understand issues and position solutions that meet or exceeds our customers’ requirements across various technologies
• Gains trust & drives business with Architecture, Engineering, and business leadership via regular meetings and providing unique points of view for solving business problems and technical issues.
• Aligns with WWT Sales team to present WWT’s capabilities and offerings to architectural, technical and management stakeholders.
• Works with clients and WWT Sales team to gain deep understanding to customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into WWT IT solutions.
• Responsible for the development, and quality of presales solution that may include items such as technical proposal, architectural diagrams, and service scopes.
• Develops and fosters relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key services partners who are local to your region and/or territory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 12 years of solid IT infra experience. With at least 4 years of enterprise technical presales experience with a focus on solution sales & relevant certifications.
• Expert level experience with some of the following OEM’s: Cisco Systems, Arista, F5, Palo Alto Networks, Ansible, and Terraform Etc.
• Ideal candidates shall have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure solutions for large MNC across multiple countries
• Passion for driving customer outcome-based solutions
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills required
• Ability to travel within region and as needed to support customer accounts
• Valid CCIE certification in one of the following domains: R&S/Wireless/Data Center, or equivalent certification, is preferred
• Experience with a Cisco Gold Partner is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and technical sales skills
