Consumer Care Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (fresh graduates are usually welcome)
• With good communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Knowledgeable in basic office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email).
• Organized, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concerns.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or client relations is an advantage but not always required

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Monitor the efficiency and implementation of the consumer assistance process.
2. Analyze complaints and recommend solutions including capacity building and information systems development for monitoring and reports.
3. Endorse, coordinate, and work hand in hand with other departments for issues involving their units.
4. Endorse items that need to be investigated by the Internal Audit Department.
5. Ensure that the client has a recourse mechanism for complaints to be addressed by the concerned unit of the Bank
