About This Position

Consumers who filled out a insurance plan request form expect somebody to call, and that somebody is you. Conversations cover what a benefit package includes, what it leaves out, and how policy enrollment works. The whole role runs remotely on a full time schedule.

Nobody is asked to pressure anyone into anything. The tone stays calm throughout. Straight answers move families forward faster than any script, and commission based pay follows the households you genuinely help.

What You'll Do

• Verify names, dates, and contact information before anything moves forward.
• Offer a specific time instead of a vague someday promise.
• Stay current on benefit changes announced during weekly team meetings.
• Explain what happens after paperwork is signed and sent.
• Trade what is working with others on the team.
• Sort your list so urgent requests get attention first.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
