Identify and prioritize business and customer opportunities across Consumer Banking, develop campaign concepts, and align with Product Teams on target segments, product propositions, and business objectives.

Customer Targeting & Segmentation

Define customer targeting and segmentation criteria, working closely with Data Analytics to leverage customer insights and identify the most relevant customer groups for each opportunity.

Campaign Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with Product, DM, and Campaign Teams to define product offerings, communication channels, customer journeys, campaign approach, and execution priorities.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance, customer response, conversion, and business outcomes; identify improvement opportunities and refine targeting, propositions, and campaign approaches for continuous optimization.

Portfolio Prioritization & Governance

Maintain an overall view of campaigns and strategic initiatives across Consumer Banking, prioritize opportunities based on business value and customer impact, and coordinate across relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations

2. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., BOT, SEC, OIC, Other Group governing)
