Job Summary

The Consumer Electronics Representative provides technical support to customers experiencing software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting concerns, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance
• Resolve customer and service concerns efficiently
• Document issues and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications

• High school or Senior High School graduate; college graduates preferred
• No prior experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Work Setup & Training

• Onsite work in Cebu City
• Shifting schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Paid training starting Day 1

Location

Cebu City – Onsite Only

Pay: Php13,999.88 - Php25,998.01 per month
