- Ensure consistency and alignment of consumer experiences across brands and markets.

- Develop sports marketing strategy and identify strategic sports platforms and rights that strengthen consumer engagement.
- Evaluate and prioritize sports partnerships based on brand relevance, consumer reach and business impact.
- Lead collaboration with rights holders, markets, Legal and Finance.
- Consumer Activation
- Develop consumer activation frameworks, guidelines and playbooks.
- Drive activation excellence and ensure best practices are scaled across markets.
- Partner with Brand, Commercial and Country Marketing teams to deliver impactful consumer activations.
- Digital Ecosystem & Partnerships
- Lead the digital ecosystem and partnership strategy to enhance consumer engagement.
- Identify and develop strategic digital and external partnerships.
- Ensure integration across digital, media, data and consumer touchpoints.
- Consumer Engagement Measurement
- Establish consumer engagement KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Track performance and effectiveness of consumer experience initiatives.
- Use consumer, digital and market insights to improve future activation strategies.
- Market Activation Excellence
- Drive excellence in local market execution while maintaining global strategic alignment.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing across markets.
- Identify successful initiatives and scale them across countries/brands.
