Consumer Lender

Who would suit this role?

Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be suited to this role. It requires attention to detail, good judgement and effective communication. You'll enjoy working with people, building relationships, and delivering great service while balancing a variety of tasks throughout the day. If you're organised, team-focused and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What does the role entail?

• Assessing consumer loan applications and supporting documents from our broker and dealer network.
• Making sure applications meet our lending and regulatory requirements.
• Providing outstanding customer service to our customers and business partners.
• Working alongside a friendly and supportive lending team.
• Contributing to team goals and helping us find ways to make things even better.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in banking, finance, lending or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand as defined by NZ Immigration.
