Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Consumer Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of consumer loan applications from start to finish. Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding service to our members while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for all phases of consumer loan processing activities and promotions.
• Prepare paperwork to support loan applications and preparing all necessary documents for closing consumer loans.
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to facilitate timely loan approvals and closings.
• Maintain pending approved applications.
• Receive and initiate telephone calls to and from internal and external members.
• Answer routine questions.

Requirements

• Understanding of consumer lending products and services.
• knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures.
• One to three years of varied office experience preferred.
