Manage and ensure high availability, performance, and security of contact center infrastructure across Data Center and Cloud environments, supporting voice and digital channel services....

1. Manage DC infrastructure supporting contact center workloads
2. Ensure uptime across DC, DR and cloud environments
3. Oversee servers, virtualization, network and storage
4. Manage performance, capacity and scaling
5. Ensure voice/data connectivity (VoIP, SIP, IVR)
6. Coordinate with network team for routing/firewall/load balancer
7. Ensure low latency voice experienc
8. Lead incident management and RCA
9. Ensure adherence toITSM processes
10. Manage infra changes with minimal downtime
11. Ensure RBI, ISO, ISMS compliance
12. Maintain audit-ready documentation
13. Collaborate with security teams
14. Manage vendors and telecom providers
15. Managing mission critical 24x7 workloads
16. Ensuring voice quality and latency
17. Coordinating across multiple teams
18. Maintaining DR readiness
19. Infrastructure architecture
20. Incident prioritization
