Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Contact Center Executive to handle customer calls, understand their requirements, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, leads, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Meet assigned calling and performance targets.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.
